Kompac Meat Processing is designed to harvest local cattle in a humane and safe manner to ensure the highest quality beef makes it to our customers’ tables.
We dry-age beef for a minimum of 14 days under controlled conditions making every steak, burger, and roast tender and flavorful.
Whether its’ a beef you raised, a beef you purchase from us, or some high quality steaks you purchase from one of our great suppliers, we treat the quality, cleanliness, and preservation of your meat as if it were for a member of our own family.
Custom Processing Services
At Kompac we process beef for customers all over the state of Wyoming and the surrounding states. We use a vacuum packaging to ensure the product maintains its premium quality from the time its processed to the time your family enjoys it for dinner.
Beef processed under the “Custom” label are carefully handled according to the instructions of a specific customer who owns the animal, or a portion there-of prior to harvesting.
Kompac Meat Processing is the only inspected facility in Casper, Wyoming and is working towards USDA inspection in the coming months.
